Defines inputs and outputs for CLI commands implemented in Pkl.

Modules extending pkl:Command may configure ModuleOutput.text, ModuleOutput.bytes, and/or ModuleOutput.files of output to influence the effect of the command.

Command modules should override options and provide their own class declaring options:

A common use case is to compute the directory path between a template located at the root of a hierarchy (say rootModule.pkl) and the currently evaluated module (accessible via the module keyword):
